They are going to let the insurance companies ESTIMATE what they THINK they should be getting based on “sign ups” and the government is going to pay it out to them. They're going to pay insurance companies on the honor system, until they can figure out how much they really owe them.
All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
