In the video clip the Dr. states that Hillary took a dose of levodopa once she regained control of her physical faculties in the SUV which rushed her away from the 9/11 memorial.

My question then is, why didn't Hillary take the dose of levodopa as soon as she became aware of the coming crisis to avoid taking the risk of exposing her physical weakness?

Clearly Hillary and her handlers were aware she was about to loose her physical control (go 'mannequin' as this physician states)...and she clearly had the dose with her because this physician states/suggests she self administered the dose of levodopa in the vehicle as she was transported the hour long distance to Chelsea's apartment (per Mapquest in video clip).
