A family doctor who received death threats from anti-vaxxers during the pandemic has died suddenly.
Dr Wilson Chin, who was described as ‘gentle and kind’, had previously broken down in tears as he described the abuse he received while running a Covid vaccination clinic on Australia ‘s Gold Coast.
The British-trained Hong Kong-born doctor, who emigrated to Australia in 2018, passed away shortly before Christmas.
Dr Chin was popular with patients and colleagues at the Pacific Pines MedCentres, and known in his local community for walking his dog Splash.
He made headlines in January this year when he tried to warn people of a false rumour being spread on social media that claimed two girls had fainted and died after treatment at Pacific Pines MedCentres. It was claimed that both girls collapsed and began screaming – but Dr Chin confirmed to 9News at the time that it was simply ‘a fainting episode’ unrelated to the vaccine.

37th Israeli government, and Netanyahu's 6th term as premier, is sworn in
Israel's 37th Government was sworn in on Thursday, with Benjamin Netanyahu beginning his sixth term as prime minister.Unfortunately, this is something the current leftist opposition in the Knesset no longer seems willing to respect, and likely never did. I guess that's why the sad part is how Yair Lapid, upon leaving office, refused to shake Netanyahu's hand:
The swearing-in ceremony began at 11:00 a.m., during which Netanyahu presented his agenda to the Knesset plenum. These include stopping the Iran nuclear program, developing state infrastructure and restoring internal security and governance.
During his address, which was interrupted by members of the opposition, Netanyahu said "Losing elections isn't the end of democracy – it's the essence of democracy. In a democracy, we don't climb the fences of the Capitol, and we don't climb the fences of the Knesset."
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was the first to take the oath of office. Most of the heads of the opposition parties were present out of respect for the ceremony, but opposition leader Yair Lapid left the plenary hall even before Netanyahu was sworn-in without shaking his hand as is customary.What really makes this sad is that it hints at where things are headed with the left, which is bad for democratic relations. It could take years to mend the damage Lapid's causing with his ostracizing approach. But, this does demonstrate why it's good he's now out of office. He was causing all the harm he's going to cause, even in the opposition.
So let's hope Netanyahu can handle all the trouble the left's already causing. What if they intent to do everything they can to sabotage his efforts to make peace with Saudi Arabia, for example? Regrettably, that's something they're more than willing to do, if reality says anything about their conduct.

A new peer-reviewed paper has troubling news for anyone who has received multiple mRNA shots, suggesting the immune system paradoxically weakens a crucial part of its Covid response after the third jab.
The immune shift causes the body to make relatively more of a less potent kind of antibody to Covid, displacing antibodies that attack the virus more aggressively.
The change could heighten the risk of Covid infection and mean that people who are infected suffer longer and more serious cases.
It may also increase the chance of certain autoimmune disorders, though that connection is more speculative.
Worse, the researchers found evidence that being infected with Sars-Cov-2 after receiving a booster worsens rather than reverses the shift.

People who proclaim they “trust the science” are especially sunk in gloom.
For example, Greta Thunberg’s message to young people is “you are not going to reach adulthood because of climate change.” Greta famously wrote, “You lied to us. You gave us false hope. You told us that the future was something to look forward to.
And the saddest thing is that most children are not even aware of the fate that awaits us.” In early 2022, Amanda Hess, writing in the New York Times, noted that people were already referring to themselves in the past tense.
“A whole lexicon has arisen to attempt to describe its psychological impact: climate nihilism, climate grief, climate melancholia, eco-anxiety, pre-traumatic stress. A global survey of young people, released last year, found that more than half of respondents between the ages of 16 and 25 ‘felt sad, anxious, angry, powerless, helpless, and guilty’ about it, and believed ‘humanity is doomed.’”
The reason that even celebrity events felt depressing, Elle magazine explains, is “because the End Times are in full swing… Being alive in the year 2020 means experiencing powerlessness. Australia is burning. Millions of animals are dying. America’s f**k of a president just murdered Iran’s top military leader and is tweeting daily threats about committing war crimes. I feel utterly helpless. I feel guilty for buying a drink at Starbucks knowing that’s $5 I could put toward my heaping student debt.”

Her dig at the double standard brings us to the second element of the distortion-hypocrisy couplet that characterizes Lapid's shaky, disparate bloc: the "do as I say, not as I do" practice at which Lahav Hertzanu has demonstrated exemplary skill.
Indeed, the gay parliamentarian denouncing the RZP for "homophobia" is more than tolerant of Ra'am, which labels LGBTQs as "perverts" with an "unnatural lifestyle."
When asked in July 2021 about Ra'am MK Walid Taha's statements to this effect, he replied, "Walid Taha is a member of Knesset who represents a sector. He's legitimate. He's a member of [our] coalition."
Pressed further on Taha's stance, he answered, "I understand it; I can't accept it."
Mere weeks later, he abandoned even that pretense of disapproval. Upon Taha's appointment to the chairmanship of the Knesset Internal Affairs and Environment Committee, the Yesh Atid "progressive" was positively effusive about and toward his Ra'am colleague, lauding him as a "sensitive, caring, committed elected official," and saying, "I'm very happy for your election and very much looking forward to working with you."
A few months after that, Taha attacked Labor MK Ibtisam Marana – also a coalition partner – for her efforts to establish a shelter for Israel's LGBTQ Arab citizens. His method of putting her down was to question whether she was really an Arab, after all.
He proceeded to point out to her that Ra'am follows Islamic law, "which considers same-sex relations to be [among] the most serious crimes in the eyes of Allah, because it is a violation of man's nature and a blatant defiance of Allah himself."
The Koran, he added, "recounts the case of Lot and the heavy punishment that Allah inflicted on the sinners, through their complete destruction with fire and brimstone. [And] the consensus among Muslim scholars [of Sharia] is that the punishment for those who have homosexual relations is execution."
Nary a peep from Lahav Hertzanu, Lapid or the rest of their liberal fellow travelers now carrying on about Strock. If they think that their behavior and bigotry of low expectations do the rainbow flag – or democracy – proud, they've got another thing coming.
Now, when it comes to healthcare exams, of course LGBT practitioners should be able to see doctors to check if they're suffering from illnesses, and also go to the dentist. But if it's businesses like bakers, they shouldn't be forced to do services for homosexual ideology any more than this Christian baker who was persecuted for years. If LGBT practitioners want services for their ideology, they must prove they can establish their own. If there's one part of being a doctor that religious or otherwise shouldn't have to adhere to, it's the horrific gender reassignment surgeries that're ruining children's lives, along with adults, in the USA and elsewhere now. That's something that should practically be barred from practice, because it risks hurting many people with the awful elements involved. Maybe that's what Strook was referring to? In which case, she'd be making an important case in defense of women and girls. That's something to think about.
California's Mania for COVID-19 Mandates Reminds Me of Infamous Executive Order 9066 Interning Japanese Americans During WWII
The PERK (Protection of the Educational Rights of Kids) Association is doing yeoman’s work in challenging this totalitarian mania. PERK’s website provides a simple overview of the state’s barrage of recent bills.
Yesterday one of the ladies at PERK asked me if I was aware of any precedent in California history for the sort of discrimination now being proposed by state lawmakers. I immediately thought of Executive Order 9066, (February 19, 1942) authorizing the U.S. Military to remove 110,000 Japanese Americans (including 80,000 "Nisei" who were U.S. citizens) from their homes and place them in "relocation camps."
As President Ford stated when he repealed the Order in 1976:
February 19th is the anniversary of a sad day in American history. It was on that date in 1942…that Executive Order 9066 was issued…resulting in the uprooting of loyal Americans….We now know what we should have know then—not only was that evacuation wrong, but Japanese Americans were and are loyal Americans….I call upon the American people to affirm with me this American Promise—that we have learned from the tragedy of that long-ago experience forever to treasure liberty and justice for each individual American, and resolve that this kind of action shall never again be repeated.
The California state's proposal for vaccine mandates—and its discrimination against those who do not wish to be injected with products for which the manufacturers bear no liability in the event of injury or death—is precisely "the kind of action" about which President Ford warned us.
As was the case of Executive Order 9066, legislative proposals for vaccine mandates are not motivated by facts or reason, but by unwarranted fear of a hypothetical danger.
The proposal to violate citizens' bodily autonomy and freedom of choice in the purported interest of protecting the public from hypothetical dangers bears an eery resemblance to Executive Order 9066.

Exhibit A: An FBI National Election Command Post “Request for Coordination with Twitter,” dated November 6, 2022, complained “tweets by certain accounts that may warrant additional action due to the accounts being used to spread misinformation about the upcoming election.”
This is a primary source internal document that Musk provided to journalist Matt Taibbi. In it, the Command Post seeks action against American citizens not for being part of a foreign intelligence operation, or even for maliciously spreading chaos but for exercising constitutionally protected speech.
In the email, the FBI sought to issue “preservation letters” against 25 Twitter accounts. Preservation letters are issued to save information before any evidence of guilt is collected. The purpose is to ensure that the information is not deleted before the government can present a search warrant, which the FBI cannot do until it has probable cause.
By the FBI’s own standards, none of its targets was committing any crime. At worst, they were suspected of spreading “misinformation.” The bureau properly defines misinformation as “false or misleading information spread mistakenly or unintentionally.”

16-Year-Old Hockey Player Dies on Christmas Day After Suffering Multiple Strokes
A hockey player from St. Paul, Minnesota, died on Christmas Day after suffering multiple strokes in early December.
Cormick Scanlan, 16, died on Sunday night “peacefully” and “surrounded by family,” according to a post from the St. Paul Capitals Hockey Association.
“Our hockey community has lost a great young man. Cormick Scanlan passed away peacefully last night surrounded by family,” the post stated.
According to the post, Scanlan suffered a stroke on Dec. 6 due to a rare condition called moyamoya disease. According to NIH, moyamoya disease, which means “puff of smoke” in Japanese, is a rare, progressive cerebrovascular disorder caused by blocked arteries at the base of the brain in an area called the basal ganglia.
“Cormick suffered a stroke on December 6th. Angiogram revealed that he had a rare condition called moyamoya disease. He had bypass surgery on Thursday the 15th to repair the left side carotid artery with blood vessels from his head. Sadly, he suffered additional strokes thereafter.”
My question is, was he know to have this disease, or did it just happen?

Grabien dropped a concerning video from Admiral Rachel Levine, the chief U.S. public health official on Monday. The video is of Levine, in May, speaking virtually at an event of the Federation of State Medical Boards. But it didn't get a lot of attention at the time and in light of what we are seeing from things like the Twitter files about censorship and big tech now, it reveals another important piece about government pressure on tech companies as well as the effort to influence even state medical boards and schools.
Levine tells the other medical professionals from the state medical boards that they have a critical role to play, "We must continue to expand and work to address health misinformation." That doesn't just include COVID, Levine said, but also another area of "substantial misinformation" that was "directly impacting health equity." That was the "health equity of sexual and gender minorities." Levine claimed that they were facing "substantial misinformation" about "gender-affirming care" and anti-LGBTQI+ actions that were "dangerous to the public health."
The "positive value" of "gender-affirming care for youth and adults" is "not in dispute," Levine argued. We all need to work together to get our voices out in the front line. We need to get our voices in the public eye. And we can -- we know how effective our medical community can be talking to communities, whether it's at town halls, schools, conversations with others, and we need to use our clinicians' voice to collectively advocate for tech companies to create a healthier, cleaner information environment.
During a moment when public trust in our leaders and our information is very challenged, the healthcare worker community, the medical community does I believe maintain a high degree of trust, and we have to utilize that and we have to utilize it effectively."
"Rachel" Levine had previously demanded that doctors evangelize for transgenderism.
He championed "acceptance" as a life-saving message; painted opponents of his ideology as driven by an "agenda" that has "nothing to do with warmth, empathy, compassion, or understanding"; and sent forth the doctors as his new apostles. "I encourage all of you to think of yourselves as ambassadors to your communities, ambassadors for science, ambassadors for compassion, and ambassadors for care," Levine intoned.
"These conversations don't have to be limited or restricted to a medical setting. Offer yourselves as informational resources not just for youth but for schoolteachers, principals, school boards, professional organizations, recreation centers, county commissioners, and others who would benefit from this information and your perspective. Please proactively seek opportunities to speak about what you know."
"Our task is to educate the public in as many forms as possible and we need to have these conversations to question the assumptions that are underlying today's attacks on trans people," he added. "Pushing back the veil of ignorance demands this extra effort and this is the challenge before our profession."
Levine painted a dire picture of an oppressed people, citing high rates of suicidal thoughts and attempted suicides. He blamed this predicament on a demonic society, dismissing any notion that transgender identity may contribute to mental health struggles.
"There is nothing inherent about being LGBTQ+, nothing inherent about being transgender, that predisposes youth and adults to negative medical and mental health outcomes," he said, presenting this conclusion as a scientific fact. "It is the bullying, the harassment, and the discrimination that particularly transgender youth face, which leads to these outcomes."

I've certainly seen outrageous things associated with the military before, including those associated with the sexual exploitation of children, but that this bizarre, arrogant, malevolent freak is being allowed to openly call for such things to be sanctioned without question is beyond outrageous. If "gender-affirming care" continues to be pushed on kids and their families with official sanction, and if censorship is imposed leaving them defenseless, I fail to see how this can any longer be tolerated peacefully.

Top Thai Neurologist and WHO Expert Panel Member Warns of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Link to Fatal Heart Problems
Dr. Thiravat Hemachudha, a top Thai neurologist, WHO Expert Advisory Panel on Rabies, and chief of the Emerging Infectious Diseases Health Science Centre of the Thai Red Cross, cited a paper by German doctors that was published on November 27, stating that at least 25 patients had died suddenly within a week of receiving an mRNA vaccine.
Hemachudha said that all 25 cases of heart problems were confirmed in an autopsy performed within a week after an mRNA vaccination.
“All the deaths were recorded as resulting from either myocarditis or pericarditis and had occurred in people aged between 45-75 who had received an mRNA vaccine, he said in his Facebook post,” Bangkok Post reported.
The outlet continued, “The actual figures of people suffering these two heart conditions might be a lot higher than those officially recorded as previous studies into the link between mRNA vaccination and these heart conducted worldwide were all retrospective investigations which didn’t include sudden death, he said.”
