ON the other hand, I don't think we hold the principles upoon which our nation is founded sacred enough.

I think point V is too vague. What the hell is anti-American teaching?

Here's how I would define it. No preaching of Jihad, subjugation of women, or of the stoning of apostate, adulterers and homosexuals.Pastoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169561459129778670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169781176106545012007-01-26T03:12:00.000+00:002007-01-26T03:12:00.000+00:00Pastorius and Pim's Ghost, can you flesh out the i...Pastorius and Pim's Ghost, can you flesh out the idea of forming a Tea Party and post it?

Here is the Loyalist Party's manifesto with my comments:

I. Border defense before anything else.

* Federalized special forces superseding current border defense.
* Funding towards a concrete reinforced steel meshed fence with a system of video cameras and motion sensors on our borders.

[The primary concern here seems to be the Mexico-US and Canada-US land borders. What about the coasts, ports and airports? What is the plan for dealing with inspection of shipping containers and air cargoes?]

II. Embargo on all oil from Islamic regimes and restrictions on Islamic outsourcing.

* All oil imports from Islamic regimes will be cut over a 8 year period. Alternative fuels will be introduced to offset decrease.
* Most forms of outsourcing to Islamic regimes to be barred.

[Stopping the funding of one's own suicide is a good start. The embargo should be widened to include oil imports from countries that are officially hostile to the U.S., such as Venezuela, and all forms of assistance from all foreign countries for Islamic institutions within the U.S.]

III. Moratorium on all immigration.

* Exception for educational visas from friendly non-Muslim nations.

[If the intent is to stop all foreign Muslims from entering the country, then what about Muslims from friendly non-Muslim nations applying for educational visas?]

IV. Constitutional amendment barring the burning of the American flag.

[Personally, I think the flag burning is a non-issue. This preciousness about the flag is just like Muslims' preciousness about their religion. I subscribe to Mark Steyn's contrarian view, as describe here: http://kennethandersonlawofwar.blogspot.com/2006/08/mark-steyn-on-flag-burning-from-2005.html.]

V. Constitutional Amendment barring anti-American teaching in mosques and schools.

VI. Proof of citizenship or visa mandatory for all public services.

VII. Deport all incarcerated illegal aliens.

VIII. Harshly penalize all employers hiring illegal aliens.

IX. Military strength to counter future jihadist threats.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169738627075025032007-01-25T15:23:00.000+00:002007-01-25T15:23:00.000+00:00Pastorius, Nevsky commented on an article over at ...Pastorius, Nevsky commented on an article over at the Gates which I found very apropos:

"I wonder if, by taxing us so heavily and thus keeping us working to make ends meet, they aren't just ensuring that we don't have enough leisure time to really question what's going on, and to really bring about some changes -- most significantly, derailing their gravy train by voting them out of office, then tearing up the tracks so there will be no more gravy train for them in the future."livfreerdiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16606967758790261406noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169682168246781302007-01-24T23:42:00.000+00:002007-01-24T23:42:00.000+00:00hey, far be it for me to give out marketing advice...hey, far be it for me to give out marketing advice to anyone, I talk to servers all day !

;-)

Look forward to downloading the show tomorrow, it sounds like a good one.

Its been good talking to you Pastorius. However, I was a singer in a rock band til I was 30, and I've been a sales guy since then. So, I'm used to speaking in front of groups of people. So, I had the idea I could do this and when the opportunity arose, I jumped at it.

I think I'll work on smoothing out the show a bit more before I start trying to promote it much. I don't know know if you know this, but we've had two or three shows where we've gotten five minutes into the show and so many things were going wrong that we just quit.

:)

That's how much we suck.

Since you like the show, I will tell you that tonights show is gonna be a wild one. We're having a friend of mine on who is a minor league rock star. He's gonna talk about what his life is like. He lives the rock n' roll dream. He would be killed for the life he lives in any Islamic country. Our listeners may not agree with the life he lives, but I think we would all agree that we are happy he has the right to be who he is.Pastoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169561459129778670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169680095545155112007-01-24T23:08:00.000+00:002007-01-24T23:08:00.000+00:00Cool, your content is a good mix, and the serious ...Cool, your content is a good mix, and the serious stuff needs more exposure - have you thought about sending the interviews to someone like Neal Boortz ? He seems to think the same way as you guys, and has a comparatively large audience for his shows.Brian Erkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00958109117000474271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169679196783589562007-01-24T22:53:00.000+00:002007-01-24T22:53:00.000+00:00Oh, I'm so glad that's what you do with it, becaus...Oh, I'm so glad that's what you do with it, because that's what I designed the show to be for.

This is a commuting radio show.

Here in America we have a lot of shows like this. What I'm doing is not original in style, but the content I deal with no one else will touch, obviously.

I'm really glad you like it, and thanks for telling me. We have nothing here in the UK that fills the void, which is probably unsurprising given the lack of honest reporting available to us through the MSM. UK blogs dont seem to be so mature politically as US blogs, and the bulk of the anti-jihadi type UK blogs appear to have racial undertones, although there are one or two good honest ones out there that I am sure you are aware of

As far as the radio show goes, I read your blog a every day more or less, so generally I get to see the link you post to it. I have a long and boring drive to work every day, so I normally download it, burn it to CD and listen to it in the car. Very entertaining. And informative.

Keep up the good work !Brian Erkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00958109117000474271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169674435976075132007-01-24T21:33:00.001+00:002007-01-24T21:33:00.001+00:00Brian, How did you find out about the radio show?Brian,
How did you find out about the radio show?Pastoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169561459129778670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169674389803396612007-01-24T21:33:00.000+00:002007-01-24T21:33:00.000+00:00Thank you, Brian. That's a good idea.

However, I don't think we will see a viable third party candidate until our country gets hit by a terrible and catastrophic terrorist attack.

By the way, another writer here at IBA (Pim's Ghost) has a great idea. She says she wants to start a third party like the Loyalist Party and call it the Tea Party. I like that idea, because built right into the name is the concept of an open rebellion against the existing government.

We need that.Pastoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169561459129778670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169674100818006622007-01-24T21:28:00.000+00:002007-01-24T21:28:00.000+00:00I was reading Pedestrian Infidel the other week, h...I was reading Pedestrian Infidel the other week, he has a link to www.loyalistparty.com : Are they a viable option for citizens of the US, or are they a day late and a dollar short ? They look to have the right idea, maybe with the backing of the non-msm they could be a bit more than a good idea in cyberspace ?

I for one would be interested to hear them on your IBA radio show. Short of a concept like loyalistparty acually succeeding in the US and more widely in the West, our children and grandchildren WILL be growing up in a world that will not be too dissimilar to the Beiruit of today (or worse).

Our governments are not serious about the problem. It is rapidly getting to the time where maybe the politicians are not the ones who should be running things. War is a military matter, and we are at war whether we like it or not. Time to hand it over to the professionals until we have actually won it ? Once victory has been achieved, I would then say it would be ok to allow idiots like Kerry, Pelosi, Kennedy, Chirac (or anybody French for that matter), Livingstone, Galloway, etc back onto their domestic political scenes. Whilst grown-up matters are being decided, the liberal/lefty/socialist types and their followers are a luxury we cannot afford.

Great website by the way, I like your work, especially the radio show.Brian Erkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00958109117000474271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169662117322816302007-01-24T18:08:00.000+00:002007-01-24T18:08:00.000+00:00It's hard to argue against Dag's reasoning, isn't ...It's hard to argue against Dag's reasoning, isn't it?

Problem is, what happens when our own governments here in the Western world become illegitimate? Then the decision to take up arms becomes much more tricky. There are so many players that go together to make up what we call our government. There are so many laws and rulings, good and bad, which come together to govern us. At what point does a government become illegitimate? It's a hard decision to make, especially when one understands that to make such a decision is to put one's life on the line.

I guess that's why one has to stop thinking of themselves and instead think, what will be the consequences for my children if I DON'T take action?Pastoriushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03169561459129778670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169640583446280522007-01-24T12:09:00.000+00:002007-01-24T12:09:00.000+00:00See Dag's comment here (second from top): http://w...See Dag's comment here (second from top): http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=15030747&postID=112813838128066066

He is also in favo(u)r of the idea of using non-state actors, not just locally, but globally as well.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19209018.post-1169633854699783872007-01-24T10:17:00.000+00:002007-01-24T10:17:00.000+00:00Well said, Pastorius! This "non-state actor" agrees...Well said, Pastorius!

This "non-state actor" agrees we should go "Minuteman" against the 5th Columnists in our country.

My latest polemic.

Ronbo Rants Against Bush In State Of The Union SpeechRonbohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02767498198886077632noreply@blogger.com
