As Brussels convulsed in bloody jihad on the morning of March 22, 2016, Ivar Mol sent out this tweet (above). Translation from the Dutch: "How can you continue teaching when Muslims in your class are cheering?" 

I don't know who Ivar Mol is. His twitter account identifies him as a meditation and yoga teacher. His tweet certainly caught my attention, along with that of many others, including some casting doubt on what is, after all, a rhetorical question. 

The implications of Ivar Mol's question shouldn't be shocking, however; not at this late date. 

From the attacks of 9/11 to Gaza every day, we should be well used to bloodthirsty demonstrations of approval for jihad carnage, as inculcated in followers of Islam by every single authoritative Islamic (not "radical" Islamic) text. 

That is not to say that many among us will not be shocked -- if they ever even hear of such things. 

As Islam drives deep into the West in this latest cycle of Islamic jihad, there is ever-present in the West a yeoman effort by governments to protect us not from the sharia culture that creates, enables and prizes jihad, but rather from the dread contagion of "Islamophobia" -- a made-up "disease." 

The horror of catching it (i.e., reacting with perfectly normal alarm to such cataclysms as mass Islamic immigration) drives our elites to suppress all facts about Islam, jihad, dhimmitude, and the rest, lest people act to secure their Judeo-Christian-humanist-civilizations against Islamization. 

Lest people vote for responsible patriots calling for closing their borders to Islamic immigration, from Donald Trump in the USA, to, for many years, Geert Wilders in the Netherlands. Less than an hour ago, Ivar Mol sent out a new message (below).

Translation: "Three police officers at my door because of my tweet this morning. Asked if I would be willing not to do it again."

IN FACT, MR. MOL DID NOT STOP TWEETING, OR GIVING HIS OPINION IN PUBLIC:

... this Yoga teacher may be one of the few people left that understands the value of freedom of speech and the dissemination of true information in a democracy, but he did a radio interview, in Dutch, for all to hear.

With this tweet it all began: ‘How can you teach if Muslim children applaud?’ Ivar Mol, you tweeted this at what time?

About nine o’clock this morning. I teach at home. It hasn’t got anything to do with this school. I teach a.o. yoga. I was sitting behind my computer, saw the first messages after the attacks. A number of those messages came from teachers in Brussels. They said their pupils were cheering in the schoolyard. The school hadn’t opened yet, but they were cheering on the schoolyard already.

I read the same on several Belgian forums. That people in the quarters [immigrant neighborhoods, ghettos] saw the same thing in their areas: children cheering with joy.

That surprised you?

Yes, it did. Nobody reacted to it. Normally Twitter starts spewing on such a topic. Then another teacher tweeted that he opened his class and the children came in, celebrating. That’s when I wrote that tweet: how can you teach when children, Muslim children, sit cheering with joy in their classes? That is a question.

Which was picked up immediately and retweeted many times. And resulted in three police officers knocking on your door.

Yes, at a quarter past nine. I’d begin my own lessons here. I had two people for a yoga class. I had no idea what was going on on the Internet. About one in the afternoon the doorbell rang. Three uniformed police officers were at my door. They said: ‘We are here on the orders of the mayor of Breda personally. We want to ask you not to tweet this kind of topic. That’s very awkward for us, and we have better things to do.’

It wasn’t quite intimidating, but… well, actually, it was.

Three officers on your door, when did that happen before?

Never.

So it was really intimidating?

Yes, it was somewhat intimidating. Those two yoga students were scared as well.

France Foils Major Jihadist Attack in Final Stages, Belgium Arrests Six Scuzlims

The French plot was at the "advanced stage" of preparation and was discovered after a French national -- described as being at a "high level" in the plot -- was arrested this morning, Cazeneuve said. 

There did not appear to be links "at this stage" between the plot foiled in France and the Paris or Brussels attacks, he added, saying the arrest is the result of weeks of investigation and the individual was involved in a "terror network" that planned to strike.   

The raids in Argenteuil, about 8 miles outside of the center of Paris, were ongoing and the streets were sealed off. 6 Arrested in Brussels Police Operation after French Raids Foil Planned Terror Attack (ABC News) 

Investigators are actively seeking a second suspect in the Brussels metro bombing who has been seen on surveillance camera footage inside the subway station with suicide bomber Khalid El-Bakraoui, a Belgian police source told ABC News. 

That second suspect, who is unidentified, was spotted on the subway platform at the Maelbeek station with El-Bakraoui, according to police. El-Bakraoui is thought to be dead after detonating a bomb on the subway train as it was pulling out of the station. 

The accomplice now being sought has yet to be identified, but police do not believe he died in the Tuesday attack.

This week’s horrific terrorist attacks on the Brussels airport and metro raised the pressure in the already tight U.S. presidential campaign. Candidates of both parties were instantly measured against voter expectations of how a president could and should behave in a similar crisis. 

Meanwhile, it was jarring to see a beaming President Obama relaxing at a Cuban baseball game, while grisly photos of the wrecked terminal and dazed, bloodied victims in Belgium were on steady media feed all over the world. 

Given that most people, sequestered at their workplace, were unable to monitor the full range of responses throughout the day, the candidate who emerged on top was almost certainly Donald Trump. 

Despite his alarming enthusiasm for waterboarding and torture, Trump’s central campaign theme of securing the borders and more stringently vetting immigrants was strengthened by the events in Brussels, a historic city whose changing demographics he had already controversially warned about. 

Hillary Clinton’s Brussels response was basically boilerplate, calling for solidarity with Europe and playing chess with Trump to paint him as a greenhorn and hothead. Bernie Sanders (whom I support and contribute to) had little to say, beyond conveying condolences to the Belgian people, because foreign affairs have unfortunately remained a sideline for him. 

Neither Sanders nor Martin O’Malley ever went after Hillary’s disastrous record as Secretary of State with the tenacity that they should have—a failure of strategy that has proved costly in the long run. 

Ted Cruz took the prize for dolt of the day, however, with his call for U.S. law enforcement to “patrol and secure Muslim neighborhoods before they become radicalized.” 

What exactly are the telltale signs of creeping radicalization that roving patrol cars would be able to spot—an uptick in Bedouin garb and the waving of scimitars in the street, as in a Rudolph Valentino movie? And how would American police “secure” any neighborhood without violating basic constitutional rights? 

Trump may be raw, crude and uninformed, but he’s also smart, intuitive and a quick study who will presumably get up to passable speed as he assembles a brain trust over the coming months. 

Whether Trump can temper his shoot-from-the-hip impetuosity is another matter. There is a huge gap between the teeth-gnashing fulminations of the anti-Trump mainstream media and the perfectly reasonable Trump supporters whom I hear calling into radio talk shows. 

The machinations of the old-guard GOP establishment to thwart Trump voters and subvert the primary process are an absolute disgrace.

ISIS TAKES THE CAPITAL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The European Union was first brought into being to “safeguard” world peace. Today, the employees of the EU in Brussels were told to cower in fear in their government buildings while Islamic Jihadists once again terrorized this city whose population is already nearly a quarter Muslim. Practicing Muslims outnumber practicing Christians in Brussels. 

After a search for Islamic terrorists had shut down the city, its Socialist mayor complained, “We will not live under the Islamic regime.” 

But it’s too late for that. He already is. There are 300,000 Muslims in the capital of the European Union. 

It’s estimated that they will become the majority of the population in 14 years. 

Brussels is the first outpost of ISIS in Europe. It is a doomed city that will be lost to Islam within our lifetimes. A Muslim terrorist attack in Brussels is as surprising as a car bombing in Baghdad. Belgium’s home affairs minister announced last year that the government does not “have control of the situation in Molenbeek.” 

Jihadists rule in this Muslim neighborhood, which is just as much of an outpost of ISIS as anywhere in Syria or Iraq, just 12 minutes away from the European Parliament, 15 minutes away from the European Commission, 23 minutes away from NATO HQ and 22 minutes away from Brussels Airport; today’s target. 

ISIS doesn’t have to invade Brussels. It just has to take a short drive.
