Everybody Burn The Koran

The FBI  use the authority of their offices to intimidate Pastor Jones into calling off his Koran bonfire.

That is an assault on Free Speech by our own Federal Government.

They are using the authority of their office to "enforce" a law which does not exist.

While I believe book-burning is a bad idea (because I believe the written word has a sacred quality in our culture), I also believe that burning Holy Books, Flags, or any other Totemic object is protected Free Speech.

The fact that the FBI is more concerned with appeasing Muslims than they are with enforcing real laws and Constitutional Rights, has, I believe, made it imperative that we stand up for our rights.

I must say, I also agree with what Always on Watch wrote here this morning:
The media go on and on about the message that a Koran burning sends. What message does being afraid to burn a Koran send?
So, I am heartened to see that others have taken up the mantle and will proceed to protect our Free Speech Rights by burning copies of the Koran on the steps of the Wyoming State Capitol on September 11th.

Perhpas we should all follow suit.

Tennessee preacher to burn Quran...

Topeka, Kansas church vows burning...

Protester plans to burn on Wyoming's Capitol steps...

Yep, like I said in a prior comment, if I could get my hands on one, I would burn it.

And, I think we all should burn one.

All those people who are talking up the Muslims rights (to do whatever), seem to have forgotten, ours.

Plain and simple, it is not against the law to burn the quran, so long as you follow local burning laws.

It is though, against the law to threaten people, because they want to or have, burned it.

I don't think my copy of the Koran would burn very well. It's still a bit soggy after I used it as a beer mat. Maybe I ought to start drinking brandy so I can do a Koran flambé.

Glad to hear that somewhere in this country on 9/11/10 at least one copy of that wretched book will be burned, somewhere. And, hopefully, coverage will be aired.

Here's how it works:

As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:

United States -- Muslim 0.6%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1.8%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%

At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:

Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:

France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections in:
Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 15%

After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:

Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%

At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:

Bosnia -- Muslim 40%
Chad -- Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7%

The FBI???

Are you kidding me?

I'm having a very hard time understanding how this has happened, and IBA and Ace of Spades seem to be the only two news outlets that are raising a stink.

The Westboro church can kiss my ass, as well as this idiot Jones.

I don't know the Wyoming guy.

I know Pastorius, and I nominate him the most worthy Quran burner BECAUSE HE HAS A CLUE....

BUT.. I just heard an Afghan running for their parliament say if the Quran gets burned, so sorry but Americans will be killed wherever they are found. (Sounds familiar to OBL in 1998,non mes amis?)
This will not be fun for our boyz&girlz in the hood. However, I have a feeling they can acquit themselves, IF THEY HAVE TO, as will be called on.

This, of course, argues that we should have simply used the '20 minute solution' on 9/15/2001 or so. And all our efforts to ameliorate Huntington were just FOR THE RECORD.

The only thing the FBI should do is ask: "how can we be of help and protect you?"

If they are presuring Jones, I do hope someone else spontaneously acts and burns a copy.

i know how bakr felt upon hearing some parts of the koran were permanently lost:

blogger/blogspot lost some of my posts.

I thought some of my posts were lost, but then I found they were being lost because Blogger's monthly archiving system will not archive as many posts as we do in a month.

In fact, in order to find all our posts, we have to do daily archiving.

The real tragedy, though, is even if you use exact wording their Blogger/Google search system will not find your posts anymore.
