ReplyDeleteI looked it up and find the song is by Lieber/Stoller and it was released in 62.
Hmm.
That's interesting for a number of reasons.
Seems to me this song was a little ahead of it's time.
It kind of has that Fifth Dimension sound, and the film style looks mid-to-late 60's to me.
I mean, I recognize the Motown imitation element, but hmm...
