Mahatma Gandhi the Father of India. In 1940 Gandhi advised the British to act thus towards Hitler: “You will invite Herr Hitler and Signor Mussolini to take what they want of the countries you call your possessions…. If these gentlemen choose to occupy your homes, you will vacate them. If they do not give you free passage out, you will allow yourselves, man, woman, and child, to be slaughtered, but you will refuse to owe allegiance to them.”
To the Jews just emerging from the concentration camps in 1946 Gandhi said: “The Jews should have offered themselves to the butcher’s knife. They should have thrown themselves into the sea from cliffs.”
Wretchard comments: Only a religious pacifist — or a Jihadi — could say that.
And adherence to Gandhi's ideology of non-violent resistance, which worked with the British because they're civilized people (outside of football games), is hobbling the Hindus from responding properly to the Islamic menace in their midst.
ReplyDeleteThere was someone on a Dhimmi Watch post on the Dalai Lama said he thought Gandhi and Hitler were cut from the same cloth, otherworldly mystics whose sentiments have caused worldly atrocity. For lack of research I can't yet agree conclusively with that, but I'm inclined to.
Zionist Youngster, I am also inclined to agree. But, I am inclined so far that my body is certain to fall in that camp at any second now.
ReplyDeleteThere is no difference in outcome whether the Jews were to follow the words of Hitler or Gandhi. Both of them would say, "Get on those trains."
NO DIFFERENCE IN THE OUTCOME!
Gandhi was an evil man, a snake-oil salesman who waged a PR campaign against a Britain whose humanity forced them to give in to him.
Pastorius, you said: "Gandhi [...] waged a PR campaign against a Britain whose humanity forced them to give in to him."
ReplyDeleteI didn't know Nasrallah was a student of Gandhi's... (Then again, I didn't know Hitler was a student of Mohammed's until I learned Mo preceded the Einsatzgruppen by 1,300 years in what he did to the Bani Koreizah.)
Don't get me started on Gandhi. I really hate that guy.
