My Easter meal consisted of a blasphemous amount of standing rib roast and spring asparagus with bearnaise sauce, creamer potatoes in fresh butter and parsely and lots of suds to wash them all down. Hint....pesto makes a good beef rub. Still, way too much red meat, I need some chelation. Got any advice, guys?
How does that Nantucket poem go anyway? I remember the first two lines. And, i always wondered why they wrote a poem about me saying I live in Nantucket, when I clearly do not.

ReplyDeleteI have made it my rule of late to sit in the backyard with a cigar and a book or poetry for about 45 minutes to an hour.
It keeps me sane.
Maybe I should say "saner". I'm sure there are many who would question my sanity.
