What exactly is the plan to prevent the Taliban or their think-alikes, or the ISI, for that fact, from establishing an instant nuclear caliphate in Pakistan, which WILL exert sovereignty (easily) in Waziristan-Swat and WILL oppose by military action drones firing on Taliban-Qaeda enclaves in the sanctuary of Pakistan .. and MIGHT attack US interests as a response?
