For HAMAS to accept Israel they would no longer be HAMAS.
Oh, I see, the IDF apparently used f-16's in Gaza during the Gaza War of 2008-2009, after the Hamas militants had bombarded Israel with Kassam rockets for months on end.
This video from Carter must be from that time. Because, there have been no recent reports of the IDF using f-16'1.
