Terrorists on the Moon

Seen yesterday on the front of Paris’ Institute du Monde Arabe was this coat-tail jumping load of revisionism. The very idea of putting contemporary Arab society, one of the most under-achieving, self-destructive, and violent in the context of the 40th anniversary of the US landing a man on the moon is, like so many other products of France’s pandering “cultural governance” types, simply absurd and vile.

The fallback position in all of these meme-constructing exercises, is to simply call it shabby street art, but for a class of people touting their advancement and sophistication at every turn in that area, there seems to be a awful lot of it. This class of French person, the government funded types who are rapidly becoming humanity’s
circus people

Hat tip to No Pasaran.

  2. No, I had to get up very early and work all day in an office with no internet connection.

    It was boring as hell.

  4. A culture that has achieved virtually nothing worth mentioning in the last, oh, couple of hundred years at least needs to piggyback somewhere, I guess.

  6. Actually, this gives me an idea - have you seen the recent Iowahawk entry regarding sending Congress to the Moon?? Maybe some other folks would jump at the chance as well!!

  7. Ro,

Let's just make sure we send the Jihadists there without any oxygen or space suits!

  8. Pastorius,

Honestly, speaking of the moon, I'm watching an episode of Naked Science right now, and did you know that, not only the US, but Japan and China, as well as some private corporations all have plans to colonize the moon? Do you know what it will mean, if we succeed? It will mean that for the first time, human civilization will have moved beyond Earth!

  9. A bit off-topic, but HOLY CRAP - I just saw the latest Pat Condell vid (I think on My Pet Jawa).

Culturist John and Pat oughta "take it on the road" together.

    Fan-frickin'-tastic.

The only thing that these jihadists ever achieved was translating Greek literature into Arabic and then passing it on as their own. This was done in 8th and 9th centuries. After that I don't remember any Muslim name (not just Arab) appearing alongside anything significant except, "this is the number of people died in this particular terrorist attack carried out by this particular (Muslim) individual."

A "Palestinian" flag on the moon!! You have got to be kidding me. Although it does remind me of the hadith where the (false) prophet cuts the moon in half...I guess that "Palestinian" is Mo's field man, mapping the moon at the exact point so Mohammed can saw away!

Anyone have any idea what the french says?

  11. Apostate,

Right you are. It was late, and I was just playing it safe in case there was some discovery they'd come across by fluke that I'd forgotten about.

  12. Here's what's sad about the information in the post. The ignorant ummah will believe the nonsense. Before long, they'll be claiming something like that film Capricorn One, with the added twist that Moslems landed on the moon, not America.

  13. "Palestine, the creation in all its states"

WTH is THAT supposed to mean?

  14. Avenging Apostate ,

Wow! I didn't know Mo cut the moon in half. He was such a powerful man, wasn't he?

That is pure comedy. So true. I know Muslims are known to create far-fetched rivisionist tales, but this must top them all.

I'd be surprised if some Jihadist is not claiming that already, or at the very least doesn't subscribe the Nasa lied, and we never went to the Moon conspiracy theory.

By the way, what is "Capricorn One," about? I don't think I ever saw that movie.

  17. Capricorn One is a Conspiracy theory movie which depicts the Apollo moon-landing as being a fake perpetrated on a Hollywood sound stage.
