All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
By 1976 the show was running on empty, so to speak. The spark was gone between the various entertainers, they were sorta doing it by rote. Lots of shows were only 1/2 full, some cancelled altogether. He may just be beat.
Plus, I'm sure touring with Dylan was not exactly a sober experience.
