My favorite Rolling Stones song...then and now!!!
Sorry I have been away my fellow Infidels but I return with a special dedication of videos for our beloved musical guru, Midnight Rider. (sponsored by Canadian Mist Whiskey and yes it is before noon in the Magic City of Miami!!!!)
Thank you good sir!
ReplyDeleteBeen busy here. Daughter #1 preparing to move from center city Philly to a small town in rural Alaska (pop. 7500. nearest Walmart in Anchorage -- 1/2 hr by air or 3 hrs by road) on Monday (talk about culture shock) so we've been busy here.
But I'll be back soon!
(gawd help ya)
Incidentally -- when it comes to Canadian Whiskys my favorite is Crown Royal. Especially when the bottle itself has been sitting in a nice ice bath :)
ReplyDeleteWhat's before noon got to do with anything?
ReplyDeleteWow, major culture shock indeed. She will be in Palin country or at least what is left of it.
ReplyDeleteYeah, Crown Royal is good, I prefer Single malts from Scotland (Glenmorangie, Glenlivet, etc) but you know in this economic downturn it is cost prohibitive, at least down here.
They know me well in the liquor store down the street, LOL, the owner (funny an Indian anti Jihadist, LOL) brings Canadian Mist in the specific quantity I like and with a discount....
The before noon reference was that I was commencing to get in the zone prior to noon!!!!
BTW, what did u think of Mick circa '69-70 with Mick Taylor,,,,pretty cool, huh.
ReplyDeleteI love Ronnie, but Taylor is a superior guitarist, no doubt.
Carlos,
ReplyDeleteDamn, I was too busy to hit the bottle before noon today.
:)
Anyway, Mick Taylor was great. The album It's Only Rock n' Roll was an amazing testament to Taylor's prowess.
