Parker and Stone have issued a statement on the censored South Park Mohammed episode:
In the 14 years we’ve been doing South Park we have never done a show that weWell, dayemn
couldn’t stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central
and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn’t some meta-joke on
our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle’s customary final
speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn’t mention Muhammad at all but it
got bleeped too. We’ll be back next week with a whole new show about something
completely different and we’ll see what happens to it.
I hope they put up the uncensored version on youtube. how cowardly of comedy central
ReplyDeleteWhat was you wrong about?
ReplyDeleteWhen I thought they may be making a statement.

Oh, duh, sorry.
ReplyDeleteThey bleeped out Kyle's entire speech about intimidation and fear? Not just the words that could be identified with the pigfucking monstrosity of a "religion" known as Islam?
ReplyDeleteThere is no point scolding Comedy Central. They coverered their miserable hides and they couldn't care less what any of us think. They have paid the effing jizya and felt themselves subdued.
I guess you guys would prefer everyone to shut their mouths unless they are willing to go as far as Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
ReplyDeleteDo I have it right?
???
ReplyDeleteThis conversation has been going on over several threads, between me, Damien, RRA, and RT.
ReplyDeleteDamien, RRA, and RT, and others (Anonymi) seem to think the South Park guys are bad because they caved.
It seems to me that to criticize them is to attack those who are braver than everyone else.
Oh. Well, these guys names and faces are already known and already took the risk, so they're marked even if they did cave (which, it appears, they themselves didn't). I can understand security concerns.
ReplyDeleteTo make any kind of comparison like that we would need to be posting under our own real names and faces to be on a par with them. Thus exposing not only oursleves but our families. We're still anonymous.
Exactly.
ReplyDeleteMidnight Rider,
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing this out. Now I'll simply direct my anger at Comedy Central. I'm not a major fan of South Park, in fact some of the episodes are just dumb and disgusting in my opinion, but I might have become more of a fan if they had aired this episode uncensored. The people who run comedy Central are cowards.
The cowardism starts at the top of our leadership.
ReplyDeleteAfter I found out just what Mohammedanism really was, I felt like I was about to gouge out my own eyes every time I heard President Bush say 'religion of peace'.
I in fact lost ALL respect for him over that and feel that it's basically unforgivable as far as his leadership goes. I will always hold him in low esteem over it.
Now we have an even worse idiot by an exponential factor.
The spirit behind political correctness reigns with an iron boot stomping out all dissent against it's sweetheart doctrine.
We are facing a direct affront and threat to our heart in our faces and we're afraid to meet the challenge.
The end of this isn't going to be good for us.
WE CAN'T EVEN FUCKING NAME OUR ENEMY!
Islam.

We stand a better chance of being killed by riding a subway train or going to school or a nightclub than we do by standing up to jihadis.
13th comment there. Even that won't be bad luck enough to prompt jihadis to act against me. They are scum cowards.
ReplyDeleteDag,
ReplyDeleteYou're great.
cjk,
ReplyDeleteWhat did you do to figure out what Islam is all about? Did your read, talk to Muslims, or what?
As most people I had previously believed all the lies I had been taught that Mohammedanism was a great decent religious system with it's faults kinda like the Catholic Church. While 9/11 did make me look twice, once again everyone sang in unison about the hi-jacking of this religion of peace, and besides, how could over a billion people worship a Devil?
ReplyDeleteWhile as we all know the Mohammedan outrages continued along with their constant screaming and whining over anything and everything including murder over cartoons!?
I was finally slapped out of my stupor and started reading.
The funny thing is that it only took about 10 hours of honest investigation if that to realize the truth!!!
After those first hours, everything else is really just icing on the cake.
So, it was the cartoon idiocy that caused you to do the studying which opened your eyes.
ReplyDeleteI began studying after the "Jenin Massacre" in April of 2002, when the Jews of Israel were being accused of having "murdered" thousands of Palestinians and buried them in mass graves.
I did not believe that story for a second, and of course, once Human Rights Watch studied the situation, it was found that only 56 Palestinians were killed, 48 of them being combatants.
That situation made me realize there was a terrible problem with anti-Semitism, and then when I studied that subject, I realized that a lot of it emanated from Europe and the Arab World, and that's what got me to start investigating Islam.
I can't remember if it was exactly the cartoons, but they were another occurrence in a long line of events which collectively grabbed my attention. I just remember looking up Mohammad on the internet and starting to read......it all of a sudden became all engrossing like a book you can't stop reading.
ReplyDeleteYou should seriously look into the prophetic coincidences between those of the true Biblical God and those of the Mohammedans. Their coming deliverer/messiah corresponds eerily to the Biblical Antichrist. Their coming jesus or issa fits in with the False Prophet of REV:13. and his relation with the Antichrist.
I highly recommend a book written by Joel Richardson titled 'Antichrist, Islams long awaited messiah'
Do you have any links to articles on the subject?

By the way, Abdoos, let's be clear, we here at Infidel Bloggers Alliance stand for Free Speech, no equivocations.
ReplyDeleteThe idea that some a-hole Muslims out of New York are threatening some cartoonists really pisses us off.
Given that this has happened before, and that Theo Van Gogh ended up dead, and Hirsi Ali, Geert Wilders, and Kurt Westergaard, all live under the threat of death now, we are in no mood to put up with any crap about what we post here.
That's why you are getting a chilly reception.
You might not like it, but I would hope you'd understand. You do believe in Freedom of Conscience and the expression thereof, don't you?
