TIME MAG: Churchill, FDR, Marshall, and Sharif Al Gamal?

sharif-el-gamal.jpg

It really doesn't matter what kind of tortured logic or imagined journalistic ethical canonical pathway the editors of Time Magazine embark on, given what happened to this nation in 2001, and what Ground Zero represents in the minds and hearts of 2/3 - 3/4ths of the nation, the editors of Time Magazine need to check themselves VERY CRITICALLY.

He's no Hitler.

But how about THE UNEMPLOYED AMERICAN, he just reversed the a huge majority in govt?

  1. Epaminondas,

Actually to tell the truth, Time Magazine has not always featured a noble or admirable person as its man of the year, or person who was thought to be noble or good or even decent. In 1939, Adolph Hitler was Time's man of the year. The magazine feature less than admirable people as its man of the year, is nothing new. Where you aware of who their 1939 man of the year was before now?

  2. Hitler, and Khomeini (also a man of the year) had an immense effect on the world, as did Stalin, Gorbachev and many other we would regard as heinous.

This person is a minuscule putz whose main purpose in making the final list is to illustrate the POLITICAL BENT as a message from Time every bit as much as was Barack Obama's Nobel.
