All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
While he maybe correct for the most part in this instance, "Molotov Cocktail" is ignoring some important facts. While there might be more cathedrals and no Crusades, and even no Burkas to speak of, in a World without Muhammad, most likely due to the interconnected nature of history, not only would America not be fighting Jihadists, America would not exist in the first place. Muhammad may have been a Monster, but history would be radically different in many more ways, than what he has come up if he had not existed. One argument there would be against going back in time and changing History, would be that even if your intentions were purely noble, most likely they would have drastic unintended consequences.
Also "Molotov Cocktail" is not the best spokesmen for the counter Jihad movement.
