French far right leader loses immunity, faces charges French far right leader, Marine Le Pen, could face criminal charges for inciting racism, the BBC has learnt.  

The French authorities opened a case against Mrs Le Pen in 2011 after she likened the sight of Muslims praying in the streets to the Nazi occupation of France.  

As a European Parliament member (MEP), she enjoyed immunity from prosecution. However, this protection was removed by a European parliamentary committee in a secret vote this week. BBC chief political correspondent Gary O'Donoghue says he has been told that the vote to remove her immunity was "overwhelming"

Marine Le Pen is RIGHT. Muslims taking up whole streets to pray is, indeed, the assertion of the dominance of a violent ideology. It is more than mere Dawah. It is Jihad, Holy War for the imposition of Sharia law.

Sharia Law is the Constitution of Saudi Arabia, and it functions as the fundamental basis of the Constitutions of most Muslim nations.

When a group or individual attempts to impose the laws of another nation by force, THAT IS CALLED SEDITION.

These Muslim Nazis are guilty of Sedition.

If the French Parliament had any sense they would throw the Muslim Nazis in prison.
