Excuse me, but why has it NOT been a trifle to find out WHO built DC fake cell towers?

Is somebody hacking into cell phones in the D.C. area? A new investigation is raising concerns this may be happening.
An independent investigation found fake cell phone towers popping up all over the area. The towers are located near the White House, the United States Capitol and the Supreme Court.
It begs the question: Who is behind these towers?
We know that unless you have a special piece of equipment, you would never even know that your phone has connected to one of these so-called “non-network towers.”

I’m not sure which is worse right now, Russia, China, or others with the $ to hire the tech to intercept ALL calls, texts, Google Hangouts, FaceTime’s etc and mining them, or Federal agencies doing the same both VIOLATING the 4th Amendment, and wasting $ spying on each other.

In the former case we risk losing our nation our people, suffer successful 9/11’s and/or the nation’s prosperity to those inimical to our way of life, an in the latter case we risk losing our nation to that human nature which the Constitution was written to hold in check via the Bill Of Rights. It **IS** there for a good reason.
I have nothing to fear from the federal govt except ambition, human desire for power, and it’s salve for conscience of doing good for the many.

If these towers are the product of Pooty, China, Norkland, ISIL or the Khorasan Group (c’mon CIA, really???) GET THE FUCKERS. But if we cannot find out who built and owns these towers be the FEDERAL GOVT DOES, then this November:
