I Have One Word To Describe Them: FUCKIN' FAGGOTS!
From Ace of Spades:
"You guys understand how significant this is?" Luntz asked the press breathlessly when he came back into the room behind the glass. "This is real. I'm having trouble processing it. Like, my legs are shaking."
"I want to put the Republican leadership behind this mirror and let them see. They need to wake up. They don’t realize how the grassroots have abandoned them," Luntz continued.
"Donald Trump is punishment to a Republican elite that wasn't listening to their grassroots."
The group said Trump has their best interests in mind, while other Republicans are looking out for themselves.
"We've got to show the Republicans that we've had it with them, that we will not be there every single time. They treat us like crap and they lie to us and promise us things and then they expect us to vote again," said a Republican woman....
Much of Trump’s support in the room seemed to stem from a weakness in the Republican party. The 2014 midterms did not usher in the conservative renaissance Republicans expected. Obamacare has still not been repealed, Congress is looking less likely to override a veto on the Iran deal, and there are still 11 million illegal immigrants in the United States.
The group of 29 went around the room, each supplying a single adjective for the legislative body that let them down after the 2014 elections. Congress "does nothing." It's "too old." "Useless." "Lame." "Inept." "Wrong party." "Cocktail party." "Gridlock." "Costly. "Sold out." "Sucks." "Douchebags."
If one of the perceived conservatives (Cruz, Walker, Jindal, Rubio) doesn't get the nomination (I may begrudgingly vote for trump) I will not cast a vote. I will not vote for bush or the rest of tehm even against human garbage democrats.
ReplyDeleteI like Cruz and Jindal.
ReplyDeleteNot so keen on Walker (though I like what he did to the Unions in Wisconsin) or Rubio.
I would also vote for Trump, but not because I would expect him to represent my interests.
I do think he'd be good for the economy, and that's a big deal.
I don't think he'd buy into the Global Warming BS. That's a good thing.
He'd probably be murder on the UN. That's a good thing.
But I'm pretty sure he's pro-Obamacare, and there are probably a lot of other things we'd find he'd support that we would not like much.
Off topic a bit but deals with the media.
ReplyDeleteJORGE RAMOS ESCORTED OUT OF PRESS CONFERENCE...
ADIOS!
'SIT DOWN. YOU WERE NOT CALLED'...
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2015/08/25/trump_vs_jorge_ramos_on_birthright_citizenship_wall_building_a_building_thats_95_stories_tall_more_difficult.html
Romas - known for his aggressive bullying tactics - got bitch slapped by Trump and the 'so called' journalists have their panties in a bunch!
Yeah, I'm glad Trump did that.
ReplyDeleteDuring the debate Luntz had one of his "focus groups" that pretty much trashed Trump. I remember thinking how wrong he was on this, the group must have been severely cherry picked.
ReplyDeleteLook how that has changed.
As we have said here again and again and again they have to go.
And with the mood in America, now becoming more open and apparent, if they can't be voted out Americans may consider alternatives.
The GOP is beyond stupid if they can't see what's going on here with Trump.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, the GOP wants to try this:
Party leaders in Virginia and North Carolina told Politico.com that they are considering a push to require candidates entering their respective Republican primaries to pledge their support for the eventual nominee and not run a third-party candidacy — a pledge Trump, the current frontrunner, would not make when asked to during the Fox News debate earlier this month in Cleveland.
Dumb asses!
What's AMAZING and MOST instructive is just how POWERFUL is the DENIAL among R's.
ReplyDeleteTrump with his money has shortcircuited the usual process and limitations.
When Santelli fired off the Tea Party it was the WS Dem's, progressive wing that CONSPIRED within the executive to REPRESS the public will via the IRS, and then it was the CORPORATE R's who benefitted and then conspired with the WS Dems to maintain themselves in position of power by smarmily making promises and then evading being held to them as they called those who voted for them BASED on their promises, crazy extremists.
Adherence to the Constitution, and financial responsibility, secure borders, a better future?
Funny thing about voting, though. At least HERE.
Enuf people have figured out that thru the mirror of Obama accusations of right wingers acting in concert with the mullahs' hardliners... the PEOPLE HERE can see that the R's at the Helm and the D's at the helm are nothing more than Iran's GUARDIAN COUNCIL picking most candidates to limit our choice.
John Malcom's, all
One way or the other, the end of the road is sight for SOMETHING.
AoW, that promise is a GUARANTEE of new party.
ReplyDeleteG U A R A N T E E
Epa,
ReplyDeleteAoW, that promise is a GUARANTEE of new party.
Seems that way to me, too.
We need an end to establishment party politics. PERIOD!
Epa, I hope you're right, because we NEED a new party.
ReplyDeleteAnything the Republicans do, at this point, to hasten their own demise, is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
The grassroots did not abandon the party. The grassroots is pretty much the same it has been since WWII, it is the party that has changed beyond all recognition.
