We lose a Conservative Justice - Scalia Dead at 79
Senior U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonin Scalia found dead at West Texas ranch
He'll try, no doubt, but Congress will send them all back. Of course, he has the power of the pen. If he dared do that ... impeachment should be the answer.
So you think he will name a gay, lady, born a man, who is a black,latino,asian and whose parents arrived here illegaly?
Seriously, the last 12-18 hours has convinced me it is really about 75BC and we are watching a replay, now including civil violence as lone wolf attacks suddenly find civil response since the police can't ever show up in time, arms are worn, and sides are chosen politically.
Just a matter of time now.
Once again, Obama, instead of having a moment where he could have brought us together, has instead chosen political division, civil division.
WHY?
He is CERTAIN what is best for progressives must be best for America and all tactics are fine.
