So it appears the lucrative hajj is now in play as opponents seeking control of their holy places vie to make up for recent losses in oil revenue, given the impact of Western energy competition, ever expanding wars (jihad at home and abroad) as well as costs associated with keeping the House of Saud's '79 pledge to commit oil profits to sufficiently fund globally expansive dawa & which snowballs in concert with the massive hijrah to the EU and increasingly drains reserves. Perhaps one begins to recognize the reasoning (dual-loyalties) behind the current-occupant-of-the-oval-office's ineffectiveness in his WoT while simultaneously encouraging the chaos in the ME.
However, that means EU agrees to double funding through 2018 to help Syrian refugees stay in Turkey and a commitment to take in one Syrian refugee directly from Turkey for each one returned from Greece's Aegean islands.
AND EU leaders agreed to the earlier target date (June) for visa-free travel.
Revealed: The only place in the world where asylum seekers are BANNED SUPER rich villagers have refused to accept ANY asylum seekers instead choosing to pay a £200,000 fine. The 2,200 residents of the exclusive resort of Oberwil-Lieli, Switzerland held a referendum to reject a government quota.

Meanwhile, Turkey puts the $queeze on EU in the deal of the century ....by making the EU cough up ever escalating amounts of jizya under the guise of managing the flood of migrants (hijrah).
