“I will be so happy when diversity is not a word”

Hip hip hooray for Kenya Barris, creator of TV’s “Blackish”, a genuinely very funny of an American family, that happens to be black, you know, un-diverse in a way unlike most of you.

Because if you can’t be color blind, there’s a word for you.

  1. I don't have cable so I NEVER watch regular TV.

The only reason I am aware there is a show called Blackish is because I saw some billboards a while back.

I don't care what the media says about race because I have almost no exposure to the media, other than through blogs.

Because I have no exposure to media I am acutely aware of it's effect on other people. It is obvious when someone is talking out of their TV soul, rather than actually having a soul of their own.

I do believe in the Bible, and everything about the Bible tells me I should serve others no matter who they are, or what their ethnicity is.

Who gives a fuck about TV?
