Muslims Appear To Celebrate Berlin Jihad Attack

I'm really not too sure about this one. Here, we see a Muslim Wedding party stop and celebrate in front of Brandenburg Gage. I found this at Vlad Tepes Blog, who says they are celebrating the Berlin Jihad.

But my question is, did the Berlin Jihad Attack happen in front of Brandenburg Gate?

    Was there any comment on that in the media, CS? I don't remember. I do remember the comments on the New Jersey Muslims who were celebrating. I think I heard that on Howard Stern, if I recall correctly.
