Saw these guys in a club in NH early in their career, before Ricky Wilson died. He was a trip with his 4 string guitar and Captain Kirk uniform. Kate Pierson, like Ray Manzarek of the Doors, handled the bass with her left hand while playing infectious melodies with her right. Talent. Probably the best dance group I've ever seen. You just couldn't sit still while they were playing.
