I predict widespread passive compliance..... in overwhelmingly blue states at least.
For the same reason we haven't had a civil war recently. Our risk averse well fed comfortable society.
Maybe a few suicidal true believers, but nowhere near enough organized resistors to convince the judges or politicians to reconsider. Nothing the local SWAT teams cant deal with.
The 2nd amendment assumed a citizenship willing to band together and exercise it.
