A Judge found Broward County in violation of the Constitution and ordered Brenda Snipes to allow ballot inspections immediately during an emergency hearing on Friday. 

Broward County election supervisor Brenda Snipes must allow inspections on or before 7 PM ET Friday, AP reported. 

BUT SNIPES DID NOT TURN OVER THE BALLOTS ON FRIDAY NIGHT! 

Rep. Matt Gaetz is outside the Broward County elections headquarter where Brenda Snipes is holed up inside stuffing ballots and refusing to turn records over to state officials! 

Gaetz is going to a court immediately to get a motion of contempt against Brenda Snipes.         

Gaetz also said he was not allowed into the elections headquarters but saw Democrat attorneys entering the offices all day. 

And Gaetz said he did not see any Republican attorneys in the area today!!
