Wisconsin mother-of-seven agrees to plead guilty to trying to plot ISIS terror attacks by instructing recruits on how to build bombs and poison reservoirs

Waheba Issa Dais, 45, has agreed to plead guilty to one count of providing material to support a terrorist group 

The Israeli native was arrested in June last year after making terror plots on Facebook 

She tried to convince others to poison government water supplies with Ricin 

She tried to explain to them how to use explosives and wanted to blow up festivals 

The woman also told them how to use biological weapons, according to prosecutors
