Supreme Court Cites Bullshit Dodge "Lack of Standing" to Dismiss Texas Case

The Constitution is repealed; America is no longer a democratic republic.

"Standing" is a doctrine without much rigor. Judges find standing when they want to take a case, and don't find it when they want to bury a case.

The Supreme Court decided to bury the Texas lawsuit.

The 22 states in the Texas lawsuit ( which includes Texas, Florida, Ohio, Alaska, Iowa,, Nebraska, Oklahoma, represent about 60% of the landmass, 70% of the energy production, 60% of the food production, 45% of the population, and 35% of the GDP of the USA.

    The federal government of the USA at the close of 2020 is flea circus of moral cowards and clueless official "experts" like Anthony Fauci. Such people cannot and will not fight. It's an eminence front and not likely to last long after the money printer runs out of ink.
