All of us, every single man, woman, and child on the face of the Earth were born with the same unalienable rights; to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And, if the governments of the world can't get that through their thick skulls, then, regime change will be necessary.
The psych warfare against all of us has been incessant, degrading, dehumanizing, demoralizing, destructive and mercilessly orchestrated. We are traumatized & demoralized. Yes… and the predators have projected their vile, genocidal, narcissistic rage 😡 onto us. Jim is right… the filthy and corrupted are setting the stage for our cleansing. But we shall regroup and we shall prevail. We must smash this feeling of powerlessness & despondency… and channel it into something life-affirming and fierce. The predators are drooling 🤤, and we have to not give up. Fight or die. The fascists will FAIL and fall!
The Lynsey Graham display of surrender fiction was the last brick in the wall. The GOPe and Swamp are the same creature, so do NOT expect fundraising success and energetic response to a re-animation of the Bob Dole/Mitt Romney/Lyndsey Graham model of fail theater.;those asswipes are the enemy every bit as much as the Somali congressional communists are. Call it the GOP if you want, but a new version of the party is required and it must be one of energy and action in the same model as the Trump candidacy displayed in 2016. The election of 2020 was a fraud and we are no longer represented. A similar rift was felt in 1860 though the subject matter differed. We are not represented.
Mr. Patterson, I agree, especially with your reference to 1860.
I have been saying that the Republican Party needs to go the way of the Whigs, replaced by a new Party (the Trump Party?) before this situation will even begin to resolve itself.

Well. I've surrendered to the realization that there just aren't enough people with our values to ever win a national election. There's just too many of THEM, on both sides of the aisle in DC, and the vast majority of congressional districts.
And there's certainly not enough of US willing to risk imprisonment and personal economic destruction for the violence path to work.
My positions have lost every national argument for decades, regardless the party in power. We're political dinosaurs. We're out of touch with the modern electorate.
The only feasible path forward, or more appropriately backwards, that I see is a grass roots Secession party targeting Red State Legislators.
A position that's been considered fringe since 1865.
.... And still is at the moment.
But I think several more election cycles of a national government that doesn't reflect our values, and the growing realization that national solutions can no longer be achieved through our rigged electoral process, could move secession in from the political wilderness.
But probably not ..... I've been wrong about everything else.
I think if you ever did get a pro-secession majority in a Red State capital, which I agree isn't likely, we would skip the whole civil war thing, and go straight to reconstruction. With the Feds removing those elected officials in handcuffs and replacing them when their chosen surrogates.
But it would be harder for the Feds to occupy Red States than it was to clear a few unarmed Rednecks out of the Senate hallways.
Bottom line is I think the progressive / socialist trend will now spike, achieve many of their goals, and inevitably collapse under its own policies. We're not getting off this train till it reaches its destination. We're not going to risk what we have, and we will die out gracefully before future generations pick up our banner and run back up the track from the trainwreck.
And I find it hard to feel sorry for that generation. Just like I cant feel sorry for the Venezuelan people.
Its just the historical empirical path human societies have always gone down. Generational societal success breeds generations too weak to defend what their ancestors built. Empire builders are typically mean people that abuse whatever technological advantages they had at their disposal. Once they have prosperity, comfort, and safety, they start teaching their children how to be a kind and sharing society. Others see this vanity as a weakness to be exploited. Trying to deny your past evils to improve others perception of you, leaves you with no option but capitulation. They want what you had more than you want to defend what you had.
Sorry, I got all train of thought sidetracked there ... But man I tell you, we cant grow Trump's coalition any larger than it was in 2020. There's no more charismatic leader coming in 2024. We're gonna have to wait for their numbers to shrink, or we're going to have to change the definition of "national" to something that is comprised mostly of people that share our values.

Well said, gk68.
