Does The Vaccine "Shed" And Make Those Around The Vaccinated Sick?

This gentleman took his time to learn about the vaccine, and presented what he learned to the FDA, at a hearing on whether to vaccinate children 5 and under. Everything he says is interesting. Much of it we know to be true. I am not sure all of it is true. 

 He mentions something in his presentation called Vaccine Shedding. I have posted about it once. The claim is that those who are vaccinated shed the spike proteins through respiration. I don't know if this is true. If it is, it means those who have accepted the mRNA vaccines are a danger to the unvaccinated.
