THE WEIRD WAR: Nuking the Bleeding Hearts of Leftism

We seem to have been in a very low level Civil War for a number of years. We can leave it to future historians to name the date of the first shot fired, and it's precursors. Was it Obama's election?  Was it Hillary and her "basket of deplorables" speech? Was it the election of Donald Trump? Was it when cities across the country declared themselves to be Sanctuary cities? Or was it when Donald Trump and his Administration shut down Churches, and denied the populace access to potential COVID treatments like Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin?

All of that will be much more clear in retrospect than it is to us.

We do know that a few years back, the Biden Administration began to deal with the migrant crisis they exacerbated, by busing illegal immigrants to small and medium sized towns around the country.

Now, whether this kind of immigrant resettlement has always been done, I have no idea. I would assume that at some point in the past 30-50 years (perhaps even further back), networks may have been built to accomplish this task. I would assume that some of them were run by Leftist organizations, and some by Churches and Synagogues. And I would assume that at some point, these Organizations, Churches and Synagogues started getting government grants and funding. And I would assume that much of this funding would even seem justified to those who live on border towns who don't want their small towns to become home to hundreds of thousands of loitering illegal immigrants.

But the spotlight has been put on the Biden Administration:

These incursions - aided and abetted by the Biden Administration - are an assault on our laws (illegal immigrants are illegal), and they are an assault on our Constitution. When voters/stakeholders in a community are suddenly besieged by hundreds, or even thousands of illegal immigrants, their locale is impacted. Their health care services are taxed. Their local services are taxed. Local government is taxed. Their job market is taxed. Their community balance is thrown off. Depending upon how many people arrive per total population, these could possibly be blows from which the community can not recover. 

A community of people, who may have worked together for generations to establish a way of life they have chosen, may suddenly find that it's choices are suddenly unworkable given the weight suddenly thrust upon the local citizenry and their organizational structure.

And of course, if the Federal government is doing this to local communities, the local community government have no say so. Of course, I'm sure government money flows in, and palms are greased, but the people, and they systems those people make up have no say in their fate, and they have nothing to do but grin and bear it. 

This is an attack on the sovereignty of the citizenry.

This is not a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Border states know this better than anyone, because they have had to suffer the failure of the Federal border control system for longer than anyone. And so, it is no surprise that the Governors of Arizona and Texas, along with Florid (which is only nominally a border state) have been, perhaps, the first to fire a truly targeted munition in this new Civil War. 

But, targeted though it may be, a strange munition it is.

When DeSantis, Abbott,  and Ducey decided to send busloads of illegals to Washington DC, New York City, and Martha's Vineyard, the detonation was not devastating to the local communities (because after all, the trio are gentlemen). This was not a shot meant to truly hurt people. Instead, it was a Public Relations weapon fired at the heart of Liberal Hypocrisy. And it was DEVASTATING.

They have nuked the Bleeding Hearts of Leftism, and left them a hollow shell of themselves, roaming and scavenging the radiated land of their moral preening. 

No more can they terrorize us with their sanctimony. No longer do we have to watch as the preening naked Emperor show us his disgusting, putrid body. No longer must we be forced to sit in the Minister Potemkin's Barge and proclaim our admiration for his beautiful villages.

Or maybe I'm wrong. Maybe they will continue on with the pomp and circumstance of their own vacuity. 

In fact, I know they will.
