German psychologist and fanatism-expert: Hizbollah uses the same methods as Hitler-Jugend

The german psychologist and fanatism-expert Peter Conzen from Bonn sees parallels between hizbollah and Hitler-Jugend.

They use the same methods. A totalitarian ideology shamelessly exploits the elan of young people. Children are regularly indoctrinated with the annihilation of the enemy as the highest goal. As other totalitarian regimes hizbollah cheats the children of their childhood and youth.
Conzen is the author of the book “Fanatismus. Psychoanalyse eines unheimlichen Phänomens”.
