I think it would be ILLEGAL at this point for any UK shop to sell one of these .. since a default judgement has been rendered, no? Please correct me on this one.

I have found it as an ebook, but 1) I'm not sure of the format, I can't read effectively from the screen ...hate it 2) Others have had problems at the download moment ...
