American Academy of Pediatrics Reverses Decision on Female Genital Mutilation

The American Academy of Pediatrics has reversed its decision last month regarding the practice of female circumcision by immigrants from some African, Middle Eastern and Asian cultures. The academy had suggested in a policy statement that doctors be given permission to perform a ceremonial pinprick or nick on girls if it would keep their families from sending them overseas for the full circumcision.
It's pretty shameful that we live in a time when we have to feel blessed that American Doctors have decided NOT to lop off women's clits.

  1. Pastorius,

This is good News. I'm glad Will told us about it. Good to see them standing up to Jihadists. If the American Academy of Pediatrics, it would make it much harder for good people speaking out agianst this barbaric practice to be taken seriously.

People who would send their daughters over seas for the procedure, ought to be put in prison.

We live in the Age of Inversionism. What a twisted reality these days!

  3. That the "nick" was ever endorsed by an American association of medical doctors is an outrage!
