America, We Have A Problem. . .

We don't usually like to post articles with anonymous sources who make seemingly outrageous claims.

But nothing here is anything most of us haven't suspected and, indeed, at least Pastorius and AoW and WC and I have discussed.

And besides, as Doug Ross said, it never stopped the New York Times.

Whether it's megalomania, narcicism, manic depression, too much coke as a young'un, the realization that Michelle wears the pants and he's just hen pecked and pussy whipped, Barack Obama, according to a former White House Insider, is not a stable individual.

So take it for what it's worth. Grab a cup of coffee -- or a bottle of Real Good Bourbon -- and follow the bouncing links.

And try to ignore the little hairs on the back of your neck. . .

. . .for now

(thanks to Revere Rides Again for the heads up)

White House Insider On Obama: The President Is Losing It

. . .Like I said, it’s been a while since I was last at the White House, but I don’t have a problem saying that the president is losing it. I don’t mean he is like losing his mind. I mean to say that he is losing whatever spark he had during the campaign. When you take away the crowds, Obama gets noticeably smaller. He shrinks up inside of himself. He just doesn’t seem to have the confidence to do the job of President, and it’s getting worse and worse. Case in point – just a few days before I left, I saw first hand the President of the United States yelling at a member of his staff. He was yelling like a spoiled child. And then he pouted for several moments after. I wish I was kidding, or exaggerating, but I am not. The President of the United States threw a temper tantrum. The jobs reports are always setting him off, and he is getting increasingly conspiratorial over the unemployment numbers. I never heard it myself, but was told that Obama thinks the banking system is out to get him now. That they and the big industries are making him pay for trying to regulate them more. That is the frame of mind the President is in these days. And you know what? Maybe he is right, who knows? . . .

White House Insider: Obama Battling Severe Depression

. . .Not exactly. He is there, he is getting briefed throughout the day, but President Obama appears to have emotionally shut down, not entirely mind you, but a great deal. It has worsened since I was last there. His natural detachment has become almost chronic to the point of being disconcerting to staff around him. It appears President Obama is suffering from severe depression. . .

White House Insider: Coming Soon – Serious White House Scandal

. . .Sorry for having to cancel our face to face. I accepted advisory position with the -name withheld- campaign. Got a ton of work to do as time is short but nice to be “back in it.” Getting timely information from sources in WH increasingly difficult. Have not seen a situation where things were so tight as this current WH. Staff fear levels very high. Abnormally so. I caution you on your own attempts. Be very careful. Something beyond just the election cycle and loss of House going on now. Received reliable word that a “serious” scandal is being navigated by WH officials right now. At present unable to get clarification. Source is scared. I am not comfortable pushing so hard as to possibly endanger them. Attempting follow up on information with another source. Will contact you with that information when it becomes available. This sounds very serious though, and WH is cracking down on containment hard. Very hard. NYT is said to know something. Keep eyes n ears open as it appears, based on what I have so far, this will start to break open sooner than later. Developing. . .

White House Insider: "They were in shock at the president’s behavior."

. . .There is much I have been told, some I know, some more that will probably develop in the coming weeks and months. But you want specifics, right? I understand that…I’ll give you an example of why President Obama is not right for America. He sure as hell has not been right for the party. Not long ago, the president took a meeting. He’s late, which apparently is becoming more and more common with him. The meeting was almost cancelled. In strolls the president, joking with an aide. He plops down on a sofa, leans over and claps another guy on the back asking how he’s been. Apologizes for being late, says he was “held up”. He laughs some more. The meeting begins. After just ten minutes, during which time the president appears to almost totally withdraw into himself, an aide walks in and whispers something to the president, who then nods and quickly stands up, shakes a few hands and tells another aide to update him later on the rest of the meeting. As the president is walking out he is laughing at something yet again. He asked no questions of those at the meeting – not one. He left after just ten minutes, coming in laughing and leaving laughing. His behavior during that brief time he was there was described as “borderline manic”. . .

  1. I can say this much for certain, assuming, of course, that these stories are true: BHO is exhibiting an addict's behavior. And that addictive behavior is much more in line with addiction to uppers than with addiction to nicotine.

BHO also seems to be losing weight.

  3. Regardless of the veracity, this man is in way over his head. Nothing in his life has prepared him to be president of even a local school board, let alone this.

He has got to be overwhelmed and stressed out.

I pray for our country every day.

  4. Obama and those who BELIEVE that his reality IS reality are now, and always have been LIVING IN DELUSION.

To some it was obvious as his campaign progressed during 07 and 08, to others it became obvious when he said 'in five 5 days we will fundamentally change the USA' but what he meant was 'my magic mojo will change the world and all of history because my view of humankind is correct' ... how the crash into objective reality affected him is, in a way, irrelevant, as long as that crash has occurred.

Just as Jimmy Carter's REAL avocation was building homes for those who had no other real path to getting homes they could afford, so Barack Obama will one day turn out to be the best local organizer for local problems the USA has ever had.

You've got to play within your game.
