  1. SJS attack: "A man wielding a knife has wounded at least nine people at random on the Spanish holiday island of Ibiza.

The stabbings began in a supermarket in the main town, Sant Antoni, then continued in nearby streets.

The alleged attacker, a 41-year-old Moroccan man, is now in police custody.

At least four of those stabbed were reported to be seriously wounded, including one man who was knifed in the neck. The victims' identities are not yet known. " http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-12556471

  3. 1914 is an EXCELLENT icon. We've blown right by 1848 and 1968.

The potentials here are something else, and the old alliances may not bring about expected results.

  4. That's what I think. This has the potential to change the world the way WWI did.

Whereas many saw WWII coming (and were largely ignored) few if any foresaw the absolute carnage that would so begin in 1914. It was a paradigm shift.

    And it hurts
