just re-listened to Arlington-through teary eyes- Do you remember when the Honor Guard refused to leave their post even when the DoD 'ordered them to' because of horrendous weather? My time- line may be a bit off - but -I believe it was 8 or 10 years ago... Carol-CS

Yep, during Hurricane Isabel. They were (for the first time ever) given permission to leave their post, not ordered to.
