It says something like "Down with America". Then it says:
"Hello Obama" "I am the people" "Curse be on your father"(?) "And the father of America"(?)
I don't know makes about zero sense in the Western sense but in Arabic its considered a huge insult if you "send" curses on someone's father.
This speaks volumes about the "better" relations with the Muslim world that Obama has built. You know, taking only 4 years to get the most populous Arab Muslim nation on the planet.
