PHOTOS: U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl of particular note is the photo of his father:
photo of his father as well as it is reported he addressed his son and the public in perfect Arabic.
    UK YahooNews

QUOTE: "Bergdahl said that his son was having trouble speaking English after spending so much time in Taliban activity. He said a common Arabic phrase uttered by Muslims before giving a speech, and a few words that appeared to be in Pashto.

"In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful," Bob Bergdahl said in Arabic.

Answering your title’s question, I’d offer about a 90-95% chance of a “yes”.

Plus, the soldier’s dad is also on the side of pure evil…… He tweeted: http://twitter.com/bobbergdahl/statuses/471723375543336961

  3. The above Solomon quote was from a thread at BareNakedIslam which reminds readers:

Don’t forget, Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was NOT captured on the battlefield. He left the U.S. base camp in Afghanistan in 2009 of his own free will and turned up with the Taliban a short time later.

    *******

It was reported Bergdahl left because he wanted to visit with family. Could it be this American 'soldier' not only went AWOL- he turned sides - costing the lives of patriot soldiers attempting to rescue Bergdahl?

Islam refers to all Muhammedans as brothers and sisters. Hmmmm.

Perhaps headlines today should be corrected to read,
Obama releases 6 Jihadis instead of the fawning, compassionate reports suggesting Obama cares about our troops and went all out with intense negotiations last week.

President Barack Obama said Bergdahl's recovery "is a reminder of America's unwavering commitment to leave no man or woman in uniform behind on the battlefield."
The transfers happened after a week of intense negotiations mediated by the government of Qatar, which will take custody of the Afghans.

    ****
I would go so far as to surmise that this administration did NOT exchange one 'captive' American soldier for 5 very dangerous Afghan GITMO 'detainees'...rather, this administration freed 6 dangerous Afghan jihadis under the auspices of concern for our troops as damage control from the VA scandal which has already resulted in administration casualties (Shinseki,Carney).
