Felony :OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE - HIGH, CRIMES AND MISDEAMEANORS

Just sayin’

LOIS LERNER’S HARD DRIVES PHYSICALLY REFORMATTED REPARTITIONED AND RECYCLED

Politico:

Sources: Lois Lerner’s emails likely gone forever

Ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s crashed hard drive has been recycled, making it likely the lost emails of the lightening rod in the tea party targeting controversy will never be found, according to multiple sources.
“We’ve been informed that the hard drive has been thrown away,” Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, the top Republican on the Finance Committee, said in a brief hallway interview.
Fine, and the server’s, the IRS backup IT procedures?
Meanwhile this has now acquired ALL the requirements of an organized cover-up, WHERE THE REAL FUN IS.
It’s time to sell action figures..

    Exactly!

Emails lost sounds like "I lost the letter somewhere". Does anyone really believe this sh*t?

    This is so freakin pathetic.

Secondly, hard drive data can be recovered even after being formatted and reformatted.

  4. I have no idea what application the IRS uses for email, but even it was Outlook which keeps a personal *.pst file on your computer the IRS I AM 100% certain, uses EXCHANGE in that case and even out here in 26k people in a city Maine, EVEN IN PLACES LIKE BLUE HILL, MAINE, orgs as small as veterinary offices using outlook with exchange servers maintain BACKUP on DISTRIBUTED SERVERS in and OUTSIDE the offices.

Which makes me think of.... THIS for those ancient enough to remember what that EQUALLY absurd demo was

  5. I hate to say it but I think the IRS may be incompetent enough to have a plausible coverup story on it's hands:

That is NOT to say I believe their coverup story. I'm only saying they are so stupid that there story will be believable enough that they may very well get away with it.
