Priebus had a gift for networking, developed at the helm of the RNC.
The West Wing needs a chain of command, someone who can bring the "troops" into a state of good order and discipline.
This is not so much about Priebus, but about a POTUS who wants a well-functioning staff.
Kelly is about to start a brush fire in the West Wing, brush fires expose some of the smaller animals that need exposure, and movement to a different habitat.
My guess is Priebus will come out on top, receive a wonderful new job. He gave such a gracious interview to CNN, and he punched above his weight in favor of the POTUS.
The story is one of an innovative POTUS who wants to change the landscape for the better.
I was VERY surprised, that Wolf Blitzer paid Trump several compliments tonight, mentioned some of his successes. It seemed genuine and not pandering.
Perhaps, the POTUS will get the respect deserving his office.

I think Trump is like Reagan. After time, it will become almost impossible to beat on him, unless one is absolutely partisan.
