Lombardo said that Paddock, 64, of Mesquite rented the room at the Ogden during the festival, which ran from Sept. 22-24, via the Airbnb room-sharing site.He said investigators had not yet determined whether Paddock was engaged in “pre-surveillance” of the music and art event.
