Barr Re-Instituted Federal Death Penalty The Day After The Mueller Report Ended

The federal death penalty has been given new life after nearly 20 years.
Attorney General William Barr announced Thursday he has ordered the Federal Bureau of Prisons to change its policy on capital punishment and execute five death-row inmates convicted of heinous crimes against children and the elderly.
