Preacher and evangelist Franklin Graham was recently hospitalized for pericarditis, an inflammatory heart condition commonly associated with Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccination.”
Roughly eight months ago, Graham was pushing covid shots on his Facebook account, claiming that “if Jesus were physically walking the earth now,” he would “be an advocate for vaccines.”
“My answer [is] that based on the parable of the Good Samaritan in the Bible, I would have to say – yes, I think Jesus Christ would advocate for people using vaccines and medicines to treat suffering and save lives,” Graham added in his post about his response when asked if Fauci Flu shots should be taken by Christians.
Maybe we should all tread carefully before every using the words, "this is what Jesus would do."
To me, one of the most important lessons of the Bible is that people who followed the Bible were involved in plotting for the murder of the Messiah. People who followed the Bible didn't recognize God while He walked the Earth.
That tells you a lot.
(Or at least, it tells me a lot. For my part, I recognize that everything I believe might be wrong, no matter how clear it may seem to me. I believe this is why the Bible tells us, "work out your salvation with fear and trembling.")
The great people of the Bible have pretty lousy track records. They were murderers, schemers, adulterers, etc. And yet God loved them so much He sent His only begotten Son to die for their sins.
If "Jesus Christ/God" would advocate for vaccines and other advanced medical knowledge and treatments, why didn't "He" disclose them to his suffering people on earth during his alleged time here? Too busy promising the "afterlife" of eternal adoration with that questioning part of ones mind switched off, of necessity?
ReplyDeleteBut then that's one of those impertinent questions that would have got me hanged 400 years ago and subjected to irate denunciation as "godless!!" now. I'm just asking.
Graham tried playing the others-are-more-important-than-you-and-your-rights card and it blew up in his face. Reality has a way of doing that.
I will stick with reality and reason until someone proves to me that they are impotent, at which time I will try to cope with the prospect of a universe run by "loving" tyrants.
You just cannot help yourself. You should resolve your anger against God.
DeleteThere is nothing to resolve because there is no "God". You need to resolve your Daddy fixation. In other words, Pete, you need to GROW UP.
