Fauci ‘Prompted’ Scientists To Fabricate ‘Proximal Origins’ Paper Ruling Out Lab-Leak: House GOP
Dr. Anthony Fauci – who offshored banned gain-of-function research to make bat coronaviruses more transmissible to humans – has been accused by Congressional investigators of having ‘prompted’ the fabrication of a paper by a cadre of scientists aimed at disproving the Covid-19 lab-leak theory.
On February 1, 2020, Fauci and his boss, NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins, and at least eleven other scientists participated in a conference call during which several of them warned that COVID-19 may have leaked from a lab in Wuhan, China – may have been intentionally genetically manipulated.
Three days after the call, four participants from the call (Scripps Research virologist Kristian Andersen, University of Sydney virologist Edward Holmes, Tulane School of Medicine virologist Robert Garry, University of Edinburgh virologist Andrew Rambaut and Columbia University virologist Ian Lipkin) seemingly discarded their concerns over a lab-leak, and drafted “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” which they sent to Fauci and Collins.
Also heavily involved (yet not credited) was Dr. Jeremy Farrar, the current Chief Scientist at the World Health Organization.

Big Pharma’s Liability Shields Could Be At Risk If Fraud Is Discovered
Former Blackrock executive and hedge fund guru Edward Dowd has said that if Pfizer and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) refuse to release all data on the COVID-19 “vaccine” clinical trials, then he will assume that fraud occurred.
Big Pharma is supposed to be one of the most regulated industries in the country, especially with the FDA. However, the blanket declaration that COVID jabs are “safe and effective” combined with the full immunity that was granted to drug companies involved in the pandemic suggests that this “gold standard” is no longer trustworthy.
Because fraud eviscerates all contracts – this is case law – this would mean that Pfizer assumes all liability for injuries and deaths caused by its vaccine injections. The same goes for the other drug giants (i.e., Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) if it turns out they, too, committed fraud.
Dowd spoke with Steve Bannon the other day and explained more about this at length.
“I also have a thesis as to what is going on at Pfizer and Moderna, and how those companies are probably fraudulent. These vaccines were pushed through and I think the clinical trial data is fraud. I want to liken what’s gone on here to what happened during the great financial crisis. We had rating agencies, third-party verification sources that were able to perpetuate the fraud because the money got too big. Their institutions became corrupted with the institutional imperative and they got AAA ratings which we all know in hindsight those were not AAA ratings."
"I believe that due to the institutional imperative that was in place at the time, and the speed with which they tried to approve these products with this unproven technology, fraud did occur. And what’s my proof of that? The FDA together with Pfizer are trying to hide the clinical data.”
Pfizer received blanket immunity from liability through the EUA, however, it is looking like this product is deadly according to Dowd, yet it is others who are being financially burdened.
It turns out that the insurance industry is seeing a major spike in deaths ever since the COVID shots were introduced by Donald Trump under Operation Warp Speed. One actuary reported a 40% increase in death claims, adding that this figure applies across the industry.
In the case of Pfizer, the drug giant received approval for its COVID jab in individuals 16 years of age and older on Aug. 23, 2021.
Four days later, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was submitted. The FDA claimed at the time that the Pfizer product “meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality”.
However, numerous public health officials, media outlets, journalists, scientists, politicians and public figures have raised questions as to the validity of these claims.
To make matters worse, the FDA tried to argue later that it needs until 2076 to fully release the Pfizer documents that were used to grant this approval. That outrageously long timeline is currently being challenged in court.
One wonders what, exactly, the FDA is trying to hide on behalf of Pfizer and its partner BioNTech, both of which claim that the data should not be released because it supposedly contains “confidential business and trade secret information,” as well as the “personal privacy information of patients who participated in clinical trials.”
So we need to find fraud, then.
Now, what if they used Burner Phones and Clandestine meetings to hide what they were doing?
Would that be evidence of Fraud?
Burner Phones, Clandestine Meetings, and Difficult Secrets: Dr. Malone Calls Out How Dr. Fauci and Other Public Health ‘Experts’ Covered Up Crucial Covid Information in the Beginning of the Pandemic
During a recent appearance on the Candace Owens Show, Dr. Robert Malone discussed how public health ‘experts’ such as Dr. Francis Collins and Dr. Tony Fauci had worked in secret to hide critical information about Covid-19 at the beginning of the pandemic, including evidence that the virus originated out of the Chinese Communist Party-controlled Wuhan lab.
As part of the criminal cover-up that will likely go down as one of the most horrific atrocities ever perpetrated on mankind, Fauci and his associates allegedly used “burner phones,” held “clandestine meetings, and kept “difficult secrets,” in order to hide their actions from the public.
Dr. Malone cited a book that was published in July 2021 by Jeremy Farrar, a former Oxford professor who is widely regarded as the UK’s equivalent to Dr. Fauci, as evidence to back up his claims.
Farrar worked closely with Dr. Fauci and other public health experts from the US and around the world throughout the beginning of the Covid pandemic. He is also the head of the Wellcome Trust – which is an extremely influential non-government funder of medical research in the UK that is heavily involved in funding vaccine manufacturers.
Dr. Malone explained:
“In the book, published by this equivalent to Tony Fauci, [Farrar Claims] that Tony, Francis Collins and Jeremy Farrar all got burner phones, and were busy talking to each other about something right after this [release of the Covid-19 virus] – totally obsessed about this [lab-leak], more than about how to manage the response – they appear to have been using burner phones to cover their tracks so it couldn’t be traced about how they were going to cover their tracks!”
Candace Owens then follows up by pointing out how Dr. Fauci’s emails that were released by the House GOP oversight committee correspond with the claims made by Farrar.
Now, of course, Fauci, Collins, and Farrar are not executives with Pfizer and Moderna, so this is not outright evidence of fraud that can be brought against the Pharmaceutical giants to "eviscerate" their immunity.
It's just not.
Unless, it is:
“And Anthony Fauci’s emails, which were revealed, showed that someone told him [about the lab leak] very early on. [The emails] said this [Covid-19] is not a regular sequence that we see, this [virus] has obviously been manufactured – and yet what he [Dr. Fauci] was saying to everybody else was ‘oh this [natural origin of the virus] is just what happened.’
"That says to me this was an inside job. I can not think of it [in] a different way because of the reaction and the cover-up mechanisms that were used.”
“And then there [are] apparently contracts that were issued in 2019 for the development of the [Covid-19] vaccines [even before the virus was widely known to the world],” Malone adds.
