Stephen Miller is really something else.
Stephen is from a family of New Deal Democrats. His ancestry were European Jews. He grew up in Santa Monica, where he attended a Reform Synagogue. He was known for being a frequent caller to the Larry Elder Show while in High School He was friends with David Horowitz and invited him to speak at Duke University when he was in college.
Stephen Miller embodies the closest thing to Bob Dylan's sense of the Prophetic and Apocalyptic the political world has ever seen.
I'm sure he will be reviled, for this speech, even more than before. But I believe he has captured the zeitgeist. In speaking of righteous fury, he is speaking truth.
The thing the left misses, has always missed, and will continue to miss is that righteousness is not violent, unless violence is brought upon men who who are righteous. As was true at the time of Pearl Harbor, we would not start a war, but we will finish it.
I am not sure we are at war. But we are at the gates of war.
There will be a reckoning, whether it be born of violence, or repentance.
My hope is for repentance.
