"Trump's 'failed' negotiations"

Iran's terms: 

1) We will keep funding Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis

2) We will keep enriching Uranium

3) We want a toll of $2 million in Crypto for every ship that passes      through the Strait of Hormuz 

That doesn't sound like a negotiation. 

It sounds like a confession.
