Glenn Greenwald UNLOADS on LGBT Overreach that Helped Drive Public Backlash

I grew up in the time of Anita Bryant and the public refusing to believe people like Elton John and Paul Lynde were gay.

I was a musician and, generally, an artistic personality, so I wound up with an unusual number of gay friends.

I was also a guy who spent his days skateboarding and playing baseball and basketball, so I also had a lot of friends who tended towards the jock side of the spectrum.

Guess what? My jock friends made fun of my gay friends.

I also had friends whose PARENTS were gay. These parents were a big influence on me, because they would take us to art galleries, and jazz clubs, and generally immerse us in the world of the arts, which I was hungry for.

My parents didn't take me to art galleries. My parents stayed home all the time, watching TV and alternately arguing with each other, or ignoring each other.

I hate to say it, but it's true. My parents were basically good people but it's true.

Anyway, as such, I was the guy who was defending gay people. I truly felt I owed gay people a debt of gratitude. I became very aware of the outsized contribution of gay people to the arts.

But in the last few years I have not felt so predisposed to defend gay people, TO SAY THE LEAST. Why? Because I don't hear people coming out against the pedophiliac agenda of Transgender Genital Mutilation of children.

So, it's good to hear Glenn Greenwald face facts. I hope this helps to start a wave of such behavior.

See, the problem is, if you are a gay person who is not willing to speak out against the idea that the Genital Mutilation of children is part of your identity group's agenda, then you appear to have pedophiliac leanings.

Do you understand?
