TO TELL NEW MOTHERS THEY SHOULD VACCINATE THEIR BABIES, 

TO TELL FATHERS THAT EITHER THEY TAKE THE VACCINE, OR THEY LOSE THEIR JOBS.

The reason I say, Rand Paul's pursuit of Fauci is "historical" is because, at this point, he can not prosecute Fauci. Fauci was pardoned preemptively for any crimes he might have been guilty of, not matter what they are or were.

So, why is Rand Paul continuing to go after Fauci? 

I can only conclude that it is for the historical record. 

He wants to Fauci to be remembered as the Hitler/Mengele character that he actually is.
